Introduction

Customer & Business Requirements:

One of the busiest airports in the Middle East was looking for a way to improve the customer experience and reduce costs. They wanted to introduce a WhatsApp-based Wi- Fi provisioning service, in addition to SMS/OTP, as SMS had a success rate of only 92.5%. Furthermore the airport was gearing up for the upcoming FIFA event in the country and was expecting an exponential rise in footfalls in the near future.

Solution Design, Development

Trustnow designed and developed the WhatsApp-based Wi-Fi provisioning solution using the following steps:

Process flow, Customer UX, Dialog design: Trustnow worked with the airport to design the process flow, customer UX, and dialog for the WhatsApp-based Wi-Fi provisioning solution.
Integration with Radius AAA Server, WLC, Enteract CRM, Whatsapp Cloud Application: Trustnow integrated the WhatsApp-based Wi-Fi provisioning solution with the airport’s Radius AAA Server, WLC. Enteract CRM, and WhatsApp Cloud Application.
API Development and integrations POC, Pilot, Production: Trustnow developed the necessary APIs and integrations for the WhatsApp- based Wi-Fi provisioning solution. They also conducted a POC and pilot before deploying the solution in production.
